SERVICES
Spring into Success offers programs to support young people, families, and the community. Our unique perspective combines education and social work, and our programs are designed around evidence-based research and understanding. We offer a variety of programs to meet a variety of needs.

Prepped For Prep provides a series of small group programs on a weekly basis for young children between the ages of three and five years old. These programs are specifically located at Springfield Lakes. They are aimed at fostering a positive and engaging learning environment to meet the educational and social-emotional needs of children.

The Professional Development Program aims to equip educators and caregivers with the tools necessary to build strong foundations for the development of our young people. It allows opportunities to explore a variety of practical approaches to meet the social and emotional needs of children and young people. Designed to be flexible and adaptable, this program can be offered in smaller, intimate sessions or scaled up to cater for larger conferences.

Compass Counselling offers a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about your concerns. Our experienced social worker, Maxine, is dedicated to helping you identify your goals, strengths, and patterns of thought. We provide a range of therapeutic supports tailored to meet your specific needs.

These small group therapy sessions are based around art therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Neuroscience and Psychoeducation. They provide children with the strategies, skills and knowledge to better cope with anxiety. Group sessions are embedded with mindfulness, grounding and breathing techniques to help create better nervous system responses. Sessions have been specifically designed to provide a safe, fun and nurturing environment, and are broken down into the following age ranges:
-
8 - 13 years
-
14 - 17 years

Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Psychoeducation and Neuroscience, these groups are designed to support survivors of trauma in a calm and gentle environment. Mindfulness, grounding and breathing techniques are embedded throughout the group sessions to give participants strategies to build better nervous system responses. Through the use of art, emotions, self-identity, thought processes and patterns will be explored. These group sessions are designed for both children and adults.
